How and when are plants shipped?
Fratelli Ingegnoli packs all the plants in such a way as to secure the shipment; plants are properly packed and protected.
Plants are shipped preferably in a state of dormancy, in fact, the delivery period is from October until the end of April, weather permitting.
The bare-root plants are removed short prior to shipment from our cold storage, so as to arrive at their destination in the best possible conditions.

How much does shipment costs?
Shipping costs for countries outside of Italy will be quoted from our customer service depending on weight and destination. Minimum order is 40€. Shipping costs for Italy are automatically calculated from the website. No minimum order required.
How long does it take to receive an order?
Generally orders will be shipped in 48/72 hours from payment receiving. Orders containing plants can take a little bit longer, due to the packaging operations.
How can I pay?
