Sunpeach is a cherry characterized by an incredible sweetness and high plant productivity. Excellent uniformity of the fruits that have a pink color, a peculiarity that allows it to be easily distinguished from the mass. Single fruit harvest, indeterminate plant. Not very acidic, sweet with a brix 8 degree.
Excellent to accompany the other ingredients in fresh dishes, such as in Caprese mozzarella or for a cold summer pasta. Also ideal for obtaining a good tomato sauce.
Curiosity: the Sunpeach cherry, like other tomatoes, is an excellent source of vitamin C and vitamin A.
