This radicchio is a selection of great quality of the Rosa di Gorizia.

It is sown in July and transplanted from mid to late August. We recommend an investment of 7 plants / sqm.
The collection takes place from the end of November to the end of January.
To obtain the "roses" it needs to forcing and bleaching in sawdust. The plants have a weight of about 70 gr. Cad.
