This new kit has not been designed just to be fun, entertaining and productive, but it has also been thought of for durability, which is why each component has been dehydrated and dried using the best technologies. This makes it ideal as a gift idea.
The Kit includes:
Pellet dried straw
Pellet dried beet pulp
The best dry mycelium, dried at low temperatures and in a sterile environment
A bag for the compound and a stop for the fold / filter
A nebulizer tap to be applied to a 0.5 / 1 lt bottle of water to be recycled
All in an elegant and practical illustrated packaging and with detailed step by step instructions
How does it work:
Mix the pieces of straw pellets with those of beetroot.
Pour the pellets into the pan and bring back to the boil for 2-3 minutes
Drain very well in a colander
Pour the obtained substrate into the bag (included in the kit).
After cooling the substrate to a temperature below 30 ° C, pour the Pleurotus mycelium into the bag
Fold the upper part, (without sealing), and stop the fold with the clip (included in the kit).
Keep the package of substrate at 25-30 ° C and in about 30 days a white mold will develop: it is the mycelium of the fungus which indicates that the substrate is incubated and ready to be cultivated.
When the substrate is completely white, keep it moist with light and frequent wetting and, at a temperature of 15 - 25 ° C (use the nebulizer included in the kit) the mushrooms will begin to be born in 2 - 3 weeks.
